This Privacy Policy explains how numblin ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit numblin.com, place an order, or contact us at contact@numblin.com.
1. Information we collect
- Contact and order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided) and order history.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers, such as PayPal. We don't see or store your full card or account details.
- Device and browsing information: IP address, browser and device type, pages and products you view, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and track your orders, and to handle damaged, defective or wrong-item claims.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send you news and offers, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our site is used, improve it, and measure and show our ads.
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law.
3. Cookies and advertising pixels
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site (for example, to remember your cart), to understand visits, and for advertising. Our store runs on Shopify, which collects site analytics. We also use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show numblin ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and your ad preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the site from working.
4. Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes checkout
- PayPal and other payment providers, to process payments
- Our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, to pack and deliver your order
- Order-tracking tools, so you can follow your parcel
- Meta, for advertising measurement, as described above
- Authorities, when the law requires it
Using advertising pixels may count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising under some US state laws. To opt out, email contact@numblin.com.
5. International processing
numblin operates outside the United States, and our fulfillment partner is located outside the United States. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle claims, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email contact@numblin.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children
Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
