Shipping policy
We ship to all addresses in the United States. Orders are sent directly from our partner warehouse, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options and delivery times
- Free Standard Shipping: FREE on every order. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days after your order ships.
- Express Shipping: $15. Estimated delivery 4–6 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak seasons and weather can occasionally add a few days.
Duties and taxes
Import duties are already covered, so you won't be asked to pay customs fees when your order is delivered. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty or customs charge on a numblin order, contact us at contact@numblin.com before paying and we'll take care of it.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the Track my order page on our website. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show updates after your order ships.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders can't be cancelled or changed once they're placed, and that includes the address — we can't redirect a parcel sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If we can't ship on time
If we can't ship your order within the processing time above, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.
Wrong size?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a different size for a flat $6.99 exchange fee, with no need to send the first item back. One size exchange per order. See our Refund policy for details.
Lost, late or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email contact@numblin.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us photos within 5 days of delivery — see our Refund policy for details.
